If you decide that you do not wish to keep a bag you have purchased from us, we are happy to accept returns, provided that we receive the item within 28 days in 'as new' condition with all instructions and packaging intact. If there are any signs of wear we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. The costs of postage will be reimbursed only in the case of faulty items. If the item is faulty please contact us as soon as possible so we can find a solution. Faulty or damaged goods must be returned with all packaging within 14 days. If you wish to exchange for another product or colour we are happy to help, provided your original purchase is returned in saleable condition, with all packaging and instructions. You will be responsible for the costs of postage, unless we have sent you anything in error, in which case we will of course cover all postage fees. In all cases we recommend you send the item by Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery, as we cannot be held liable for articles lost in transit. Please contact us before dispatching your return, as unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
