The Babywearing Bag

Lisa has done a beautiful job with her bag - look at that great Marimekko flower on the front! And she says she's never really sewn anything before - hard to believe!

The Marimekko fabric she has used to tip the ends of the straps with really adds something and is matched by the flower on the front. I love the corduroy for the outer too.

You can see her threads on Rumplebums and TBW, with more photos and info about the tweaks she added... The corduroy fabric was a little too thick to do the full rolled seam so she came up with a pretty ingenious solution...

I'm not sure if the cat was involved in the sewing or not, but it makes a good model!
